Successfully organizing the congress and Party committees at the all branches of the Corporation’s executive agency and the 7th Party Congress of the Corporation, ensuring safety, environment, fire prevention in production and business, operating in a flexible and reasonable manner, ensuring raw materials for production and business, meeting customers’ needs, managing and maintaining the production capacity of machinery and equipment, ensuring stable, reliable and safe operation. Deploying anti-epidemic solutions Covid-19, fully and promptly implementing the measures following direction of the Corporation, the Group and all levels and sectors from central to local level to prevent epidemics to ensure safety and highest efficiency.

Regarding the production and business situation in the first 6 months of the year: The consumption of industrial materials was 33,511 tons, equal to 117% of the precious plan, the production of explosives reached 116% of the precious plan, the land and rock blasting reached 115% of the precious plan, the Ammonium Trat production reached 106%. Quarterly plan, Ammonium Trat consumption reached 92% of the quarter plan (of which 103% was for domestic consumption, 81% of the quarter plan was exported), revenue reached 114% of the quarterly plan, of which (non-IEM business) reached 125% of the quarter plan.

Exports in the second quarter of 2020 to Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Australia include explosives 540 tons, TNT 288 tons, Ammonium trat 18,556 tons, NANO3 25 tons. The total export value is 7.5 million USD.

Revenue reached 114% quarter plan, average income reached 11 million, profit reached 112% of the quarter plan.

Orientation and missions in the third quarter: Operate production flexibly, reasonably to achieve set targets, fully prepare raw materials, industrial materials for production, meet market needs, ensure security and actively looking for quality raw materials to promptly serve the needs of Ammonium production. Synthesize, analyze, evaluate and propose effective non-VLN business goods and services, ensure financial security to propagate the entire corporation. Actively develop business activities outside industrial materials (Alumni, hydrates, lubricants, chemicals, fertilizers, materials, building materials, soap) following the set targets; Pay high concentration on market work, drastically implement solutions to stabilize the IEM market, expand export markets, actively develop mining services as the core for consumption of IEM products.
Review and evaluate the implementation of the 2020 plan to adjust the plan for 2021; develop the plan for 2021 of the Corporation and branches, guide all branches to develop the plan for the period of 2021 – 2025, development orientation of 2035.
