On December 15, 2021, at the Vinacomin – Mining Chemical Industry Holding Corporation Limited, Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) held a conference to announce the Decision on personnel.

Attending the ceremony on the side of the Group were Mr. Le Minh Chuan – Chairman of Board of Members of TKV and Secretary of TKV Party Committee, Mr. Khuat Manh Thang – Deputy Secretary of TKV Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tien Manh – Deputy General Director of TKV, Mr. Phung Van Vinh- chief of the secretariat of Party Committee, Board of Members, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung- Head of TKV Minerals and Chemicals Department; On the side of the MICCO, there were Mr. Bui Hong Quang – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Secretary of MICCO Party Committee, General Director of the Company, members of the Board of Members and Deputy General Directors, Chief Accountant, Chairman. President, Vice Chairman of Trade Union, Heads of departments in the Corporation. Chairman, Director, Prosecutor, Branch Directors and the MICCO’s units over teleconference.

At the conference, Mr. Tran Van Cu – Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of TKV announced the decision on MICCO’s personnel. According to personal aspirations and to meet the requirements of staff work in Vinacomin, the Group’s Board of Members signed and issued a decision for Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Secretary of MICCO Party Committee, General Director of MICCO took leave according to his personal wishes and assigned Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung – Head of TKV Minerals and Chemicals Department to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of Vinacomin – Mining Chemical Industry Holding Corporation Limited from December 15, 2021 and Mr. Bui Hong Quang – Head of TKV Capital Management – Chairman of the Board of Members of MICCO holds the position of General Director of Vinacomin – Mining Chemical Industry Holding Corporation Limited since December 15, 2021.

Handing over the decision and giving a speech on assigning tasks at the conference, Mr. Le Minh Chuan – Secretary of TKV Party Committee and Chairman of Board of Members of TKV highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Mr. Nguyen Van Sang over the past time. Mr Le Minh Chuan also emphasized, the mobilization and appointment of leaders to meet production and business requirements of MICCO. This will be a great task and responsibility for the comrades assigned the task and he hopes they will continue to promote the capacity, roles and responsibilities of cadres and party members to fulfill their assigned tasks well.

Mr Le Minh Chuan believes that with the spirit of “Discipline – Consensus”, employees of Vinacomin – Mining Chemical Industry Holding Corporation Limited will with the newly appointed comrades fully complete the tasks.
