During the two days of March 16 and 17, the Party Committee of the Vinacomin – Mining Chemical Industry Corporation solemnly organized the VII Congress of the National Assembly for the term 2020-2025.

The meeting witnessed the attendance of: Le Minh Chuan – Secretary of Party committee, Chairman of TKV Board of members, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang – Member of Vinacomin Standing committee, member of TKV Board of members, Ph.D. / c Bui Ngoc Son – Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting Department, Mr. Hoang Thu Thuy – Deputy Head of Technical Department, Deputy Head of Vinacomin Legal Department, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thieu – Deputy CVP TKV and reporters of Vietnam Coal – Minerals Magazine. Mr. Le Van Phuc – Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Business Division.

From the Corporation, there were comrades as leaders, former leaders, 12 delegates and 108 representatives representing members of the Party Cells.

Presenting the political report at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Secretary of Party Committee, General Director of the Corporation, term VI, in the past 5 years, along with the Group’s strong development, the Corporation has increased production, effectively implement the restructuring as well as apply computerization – automation in production. In particular, under the attention and direction of the Party Committee of the Business Sector and the Party Committee of the Group, the Party Committee’s
leadership has gradually been promoted; the political system is strengthened; the Party Committee has implemented the goals and objectives set in the Party Congress of the Corporation the Sinh

Accordingly, in implementing management resolutions, the Corporation always proactively builds and implements appropriate, flexible and closely-coordinated production plans between subsidiaries and branches. The Party Committee has led the Corporation to complete and exceed the business plan annually assigned by TKV. In the 2015-2020 term, the Corporation has achieved and exceeded many significant index: Explosive consumption reached 107.5% of the plan, Explosive production reached 118.8% of the plan, production and consumption of Ammonium Trat and other chemicals reached 101.8% of the plan. Profit in the term of 480/315 billion VND is 152.3% of the plan. The average payment is 1,087 billion VND, 217.4 billion VND / year. Employees always unite, strive to outpace the production and business plan, make the following year’s labor productivity higher than the previous year (the labor productivity in 2019 increased by 54% compared to 2015, and in 2015 reached 1.16 billion dong. revenue / person / year to 2019 reached 1.6 billion VND revenue / person / year Average salary of employees increased by 46% (2015 was 8,546 million / person / month, in 2019 it was 12.5 million dong / person / month.

Regarding formation and development the Party, term VI, the Executive Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee have developed and issued resolutions and action programs, plans to direct the implementation, consistantly maintaining its role as the political leading nucleus on every fields. As of February 29, 2020, the Party Committee had 237 party members with the organizational model of 2 sub-divisions and 10 sub-branches under the Corporation’s Party Committee. Especially with the attention of the TKV’s Party Committee the Corporation’s Party Committee has been changed to operate under the Party Committee of the Group since November 2019, creating a synchronization and favorable for the operation of the Corporation’s Party Committee . For many consecutive years, the Party Committee of the Corporation has always been asserted to be excellence by the Party Committee of TKV.

With the goal of successfully completing the political mission; forming a clean and strong Party Committee, developing Corporation sustainably, in the new term 2020-2025, the Party Committee of the Corporation strives to lead the comprehensive completion of the business plan set by the Group. The average growth rate of total revenue in the period 2020-2025 shall exceed 3-5%; profit increases by 5-10%; labor productivity increases by 3-5%. Average income of employees increases by over 3%…; build a strong political, ideological and organizational Party Committee of the Corporation; strive to admit 20-25 new members; over 90% of the party members, the Party cell has successfully and excellently completed the annual missions; 15% of the total party members successfully completed the missions, there is no cell that does not fulfill the missions, the Party Committee of the Corporation keeps firmly the title TSVM.

Speaking at the Congress, Secretary of the Party Committee – Chairman of the Board of Members of Le Minh Chuan Group praised the results achieved by the Party Committee of the Corporation in the past term. TKV Party Secretary emphasized that in the coming time, the Party Committee of the Corporation will enthusiastically emulate production, practically establish achievements to honour the Party Congress at all levels, as well as the congress of the Party Committee of the Corporation, successfully complete the missions by 2020; continue to review the potentials and strengths of the Corporation, closely follow the Group’s direction to build the Corporation’s goals and sustainable development directions in the new term; promote mechanization – automation – computerization in production and business, continue to implement labor restructuring; to attach importance to investment and improve the quality of human resources; do well in environmental protection; well implement the Party’s directives and resolutions, the State’s laws, maintain security and order, prevent occupational accidents and equipment incidents … Building a clean and strong political system , consolidating and improving the quality of activities of the Party’s branches and mass organizations, well performing the Party development; Unions at all levels need to continue to consolidate and renew their operation modes towards the basis, really for the legitimate interests of the members …

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee, term 2020-2025, including the following 15 comrades: Nguyen Van Sang, Nguyen Quoc Huy, Trinh Hai Cuong, Nguyen Lan Anh, Tran Van Dung, Le Hong Yen, Tran Van Hop, Trieu Duc Quang, Vu Hung Viet, Pham Hong Thanh, Nguyen Dinh Anh, Hoang Ngoc Thuy, Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Hoang Anh Phong, Dam The Mai Son. And elected 10 official delegates to attend the 3rd Party Congress of the Group including the following representatives: Nguyen Van Sang, Nguyen Quoc Huy, Trinh Hai Cuong, Nguyen Lan Anh, Le Hong Yen, Tran Van Hop, Trieu Duc Quang, Vu Hung Viet, Pham Hong Thanh, Hoang Anh Phong, Alternate Dam The Mai Son.

At the first meeting, the 7th Executive Committee elected Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Secretary of Party committee, the General Director of the Corporation continues to be trusted as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation, term 2020-2025. and Mr. Trinh Hai Cuong as Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of the Corporation term VII, term 2020-2025.
