Description

ANFO explosive is a mixture of ammonium nitrate in the form of porous particles with diesel at the rate of 94/6 (% by volume), this is a mixture of oxygen balance (approximately 0), so the explosing creates less poisonous gas. With a round grain structure, ANFO foam has good free flowing ability under gravity, easy to fill blast pits , convenient when loading mines with both inclined holes and small diameter drills, suitable for current blasting technological conditions. ANFO bulk explosive has poor water resistance.

Use

ANFO explosives are only used for open pit mines. The bulk ANFO explosive is suitable for dry drilled holes; If the hole is wet, it is necessary to use ANFO explosive with a good waterproof cover (PP + PE, PP coated with PE) without tearing or puncturing. When using more water-resistant explosives loaded with ANFO in a borehole in case the hole has little water, the bottom can be filled with water-resistant explosives, the top should use without water-resistant ANFO to gain high economic efficiency when blasting. Safe in storage, transportation and use

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry environment, keep away from high temperatures.

Do not store in stock too long to avoid adhesion, clumping which may lead to uneven distribution of ingredients.

The storing, transporting and using HPEX-01 explosives must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations on safety in storage, transportation, use and disposal of Industrial Explosive.
