Description

HPEX-01 high energy emulsion explosives for open-pit mines (HPEX-01) is the emulsion explosive packer for open-pit mines or underground constructions without explosive gas, greyish viscous form, and packed in the form of a green PE film with the name of the explosive and the manufacturer's logo MICCO- with a double-pin clip or PE + PP, PP coated PE film. HPEX-01 has high explosive energy, especially high explosion rate, high density, good water resistance, no explosion sensitivity to mechanical pulses and sparks, so it is very safe during transportation, storage and use.

HPEX-01 high energy emulsion explosives used for blasting in open mines, or underground structures without explosive gas, HPEX-01 can be used to detonate other less sensitive explosives ( ANFO, bulk emulsion) when using with appropriate amount.

This is a high-energy explosive, good water resistance, high density, low amount of toxic gas generated after blasting, suitable for using in open-pit mines or underground structures with high rock hardness. HPEX-01 explosives are detonated directly by detonator with intensity of 8, when loading mines, bolts are required according to regulations.

Safe in storage, transportation and use

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry environment, keep the product away from high temperatures. Do not store for a long time in the warehouse, do not stack too high to avoid the deformation of the pill, broken shells, degenerate explosives. Comply with the expiry date in storage

The storing, transporting and using HPEX-01 explosives must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations on safety in storage, transportation, use and disposal of Industrial Explosive.
