Description

NTR 07 Bulk emulsion explosive is a mixture of base emulsion, porous ammonium nitrate and sensitivity enhancers, produced in the liquid form and can be pumped well in the pipeline.

The NTR07 bulk emulsion explosive is mixed right at the mine field from the raw materials by a special vehicle-mounted mixer and pumped directly into the borehole then the mixture becomes explosive so it is very safe during the transportation, mixing and mines loading.

The NTR 07 bulk emulsion explosive is suitable for open-pit mining with water drilled holes.

NTR 07 bulk emulsion explosive is produced on specialized vehicles at the miningfield from the raw materials as explosive precursors and pumped directly down the borehole through the pipeline system. After lying stably under the borehole for 15 to 20 minutes, the new mixture becomes explosives

After 20 minutes from filling the drug, the pillar height in the hole must be measured and compared to the blasting indicator. If the bolt height is guaranteed, the bolts shall be filled.

Safe in storage, transportation and use

During the use, explosives scattered on the exploitation layer must be collected and brought down to the borehole before filling. Spatter and destruction products can also be collected by pouring in a dilute detergent or wahsy CaOH.

To avoid getting explosives stick to body parts. People need to have adequate protective equipment when working with explosives.

The production, use and destruction of NTR07 bulk emulsion explosives must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations on safety in production, storage, transportation, use and disposal industry explode materials./.
