Before 2005, the mining services of the Vinacomin – Mining Chemical Industry Corporation were underdeveloped, mainly serving small-scale projects.

Performing the tasks assigned by the State and TKV Group, the Corporation has gathered a team of engineers, officials and experts who are good at studying documents, surveying actual production conditions, public mining technology to step by step enhance the mining service chain for open-pit mines nationwide.

For open-pit mines of Vietnam Coal – Minerals Industry Corporation (TKV), in 2004 the Corporation performed blasting services for Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company and in 2005, simultaneously deployed the blasting for other open pit coal mines such as Cao Son, Co Sau, Deo Nai, southwestern grinding stone, Nui Beo…; at the same time, carrying out drilling and blasting services for a number of construction material mines in the Northwest, North Central and South regions, participating in the construction of a number of national key projects such as Lai Chau hydropower, Huoi Quang, Ho Chi Minh road..

As a company with the largest network of mining services nationwide and largest in Vietnam, the Corporation has always focused on researching appropriate solutions to improve the efficiency of mining and minimizing harmful impacts to the environment.

With the aim of developing a strong drilling service with high specialization and modernization, applying science and technology, applying advanced blasting technology to the blasting in Vietnam and using environmentally friendly, safe, and less toxic explosives. The Corporation has invested in modern specialized equipment to mechanize and load mines to improve safety and improve working conditions of employees.

Up to now, the Corporation has deployed mining services for most of the open pit mines of TKV Group, mining mines, exploiting construction materials, traffic works, hydropower … in nationwide with nearly 400 customers; the annual volume of blasting soil and rock will reach from 190 million to 200 million
