1- Blasting Package service, acceptance by m3 of blasting soil and rock
This is the service many subsidiaries in the Corporation are performing in most of the open mines in the Vinacomin Group and some mines (clients) outside the Group; This is the service that accounts for a large proportion currently being carried out by the Corporation.
The mines (clients) perform the drilling task. The subsidiaries in the Corporation accept and complete the drilling site, set up a report to blasting, loading and blasting, the final product to be accepted and handed over to the mine is the volume of blasting soil and rock.
2. A blasting package service, acceptance by the volume of used explosives
2.1- The blasting unit price is calculated according to the volume of used explosives, including the used IEM value used and the labor cost, not dependent on the type of explosives and explosive accessories that is used.
This form of blasting service is performed when requested by the clients, the final product to be checked and accepted is the quality of blasting and the actual amount of explosives that is used.
2.2- When blasting unit price is calculated by the actual value of used IEMs (according to acceptance) and labor cost, in fact, this is a form of supplying IEM to clients and blasting fee is labor cost only.
3- Drilling and blasting Package service
This drilling and blasting service upon request by the clients. Clients only hand over the construction sites, subsidiaries in the Corporation organize the drill construction themselves (or hire another unit to do the drilling), take over the construction of the drilling site, conduct the report of blasting, conducting construction and blasting, the final product to hand over to clients is the blasting volume (or construction quality) meeting the technical requirements as agreed in the contract.
Package drilling and blasting services are performed by the units with many forms of acceptance and payment depending on the requirements of each client. Payment can be made according to m3 of blasting soil and rock or according to the volume of meters drilled and actually used.
4. The blasting service is calculated by labor cost.
Clients buy IEMs under separate suppling contracts. This lease contract only includes labor cost for blasting service, depending on the needs of the client, the contract can hire at each stage or all phases for the construction of blasting.
