Specifications
Precipitation from a solution of aluminum salts (with bases), which is a white mucous precipitate, not insoluble in water; It takes long time to get dry gradually, when it gets dried and then heated, it will turn into oxide.
Typical amphoteric, soluble in acids; when it is precipitated, it is newly formed, it is easily soluble in alkaline solutions and turns into aluminate.
